GREENDEX SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms (“SMS Terms”) describe United Green Connections, LLC’s (“Company”) text messaging program in connection with the Greendex platform. These SMS Terms supplement our Privacy Policy and, for Customers, the Master Subscription Agreement.

1. Program Description

With Customer’s or its personnel’s consent, Company may send text messages related to account activity, transaction and listing alerts, brokerage communications, and Service notices (“Program”). Message types may include, for example, transaction status updates, quote or listing alerts, and account or billing notices.

2. Consent; Opt-In

By providing a mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking an opt-in box or replying in accordance with instructions provided), the individual consents to receive text messages from Company at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any Service. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account and transaction activity.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of receiving further messages. After opting out, the individual will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless they opt in again. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 8.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from the individual’s network operator and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

6. No Sharing for Third-Party Marketing

Company will not share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers collected through this Program with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This does not restrict Company’s use of service providers who deliver messages on Company’s behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Relationship to Other Terms

These SMS Terms supplement, and do not replace, the Master Subscription Agreement (for Customers) and our Privacy Policy, both of which continue to apply.
