GREENDEX MARKETPLACE NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Effective Date: August 26th, 2026

United Green Connections, LLC (“Company”) is committed to ensuring that Exchange and Company’s brokerage services are available to all eligible users on a non-discriminatory basis. This Policy applies to all users of Exchange and to Company’s brokerage personnel.

1. Non-Discrimination Standard

Users may not refuse to list, browse, negotiate with, or transact with a counterparty on Exchange, and Company’s brokers will not decline to facilitate an introduction or transaction, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.

2. Permitted Business Criteria

This Policy does not restrict decisions based on legitimate business criteria unrelated to a protected characteristic, including a counterparty’s licensure status, creditworthiness, payment history, product specifications, quantity, pricing, or other ordinary commercial terms.

3. Reporting Concerns

A user who believes they have experienced discrimination in violation of this Policy on Exchange may report it to info@unitedgreenbrands.com. Company will review reports made in good faith and may take corrective action, including suspension or termination of the involved account, consistent with Section 13 of the Master Subscription Agreement.

4. Broker Conduct

Company brokers are expected to facilitate introductions and transactions in a manner consistent with this Policy and will not, on Company’s behalf, decline to represent or introduce a Customer on a basis prohibited by this Policy.

5. Relationship to Other Terms

This Policy supplements, and does not replace, the Master Subscription Agreement, the Exchange Schedule, and the Acceptable Use Policy, each of which continues to apply.
