GREENDEX ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
Effective Date: August 26th, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to anyone who accesses or uses the Greendex platform, including Menu Builder, Exchange, and Wholesale Data (Index) (collectively, the “Services”). It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Master Subscription Agreement and applicable Service Schedules. Violation of this AUP is grounds for suspension or termination under Section 13 of the Master Subscription Agreement.
1. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Services, you agree not to:
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law, or operate without a valid, current cannabis license required for your activity on the Services;
• Submit a License on File, listing, Menu, or other information that is false, fraudulent, or misleading;
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the non-circumvention and exclusivity obligations described in the Exchange Schedule;
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Services, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users’ accounts, or Company’s systems, including through introduction of malicious code;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, brokers, or Company personnel;
• Use the Services for any purpose other than legitimate wholesale cannabis business activity, including any purpose unrelated to Company’s brokerage or data intelligence business;
• Create multiple accounts to evade suspension, fees, or the restrictions of this AUP or the Agreement; or
• Transport or facilitate the transport or sale of cannabis product across state lines through the Services, consistent with Section 2.3 of the Master Subscription Agreement.
2. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to info@unitedgreenbrands.com. Company will review reports and may take action in its discretion, including warning, suspending, or terminating access, consistent with the Master Subscription Agreement.
3. Enforcement
Company may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action it deems appropriate, in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Master Subscription Agreement and applicable law. Company’s decision not to act on a particular occasion does not waive its right to act on any other occasion.
